We tell you which plan fits and roughly what fixing it could be worth. If we’re a fit, we set up the demo. If we’re not, we tell you straight.
Step 2 — Demo call (30 minutes, free)
You see the AI receptionist live.
You watch a text fly out the second a form is filled.
You see the dashboard and the review system.
We answer your questions.
You walk away knowing exactly what you’re buying.
Step 3 — Sign agreement and pay setup + first month
A short, plain-English agreement.
Setup fee and first month paid up front. Three-month minimum on the monthly fee,
then month-to-month with 30 days written notice. No long-term lock-in.
Step 4 — Build phase (5–7 days for Starter, 10–14 days for Pro, 3–4 weeks for Custom)
We set a kickoff date.
You hand us the basics — business name, logo, services, hours, main phone number, and the questions or pushback you hear most on calls.
We build the whole thing under your own account.
You get regular progress updates.
Step 5 — Go-live and training
We turn the system on and walk you through it for 45 minutes (longer for Pro and Custom).
You’ll learn how to read the dashboard, watch your quotes come in, and tweak the wording on your own.
You’re not stuck waiting on us for small changes.
Step 6 — Ongoing management
Every month we tune messages, monitor performance, and review the dashboard with you.
